My Bali Experience

Hello everyone thought of sharing my Bali experience today...Bali is an island in Indonesia and a very beautiful place...I went there in the month April and the place is amazing.  Like all other tourists I visited the popular places like Seminyak, Ubud, Nusa Penida and Nusa Dua.

I began my trip with Seminyak where I first went to the Tanah Lot Temple....that temple is one of the most beautiful temples I have ever visited, only if it was not for the cloudy weather I would have experienced a beautiful sunset. Nevertheless it was still very beautiful...the waves of the Indian ocean were crashing the rocks and the wind was blowing making it an amazing site to sit and watch...the architecture in the temples in Bali is just amazing, not only the temples but also the houses have their Balinese architecture which I was in awe with. The next place I visited was the Uluwatu Temple and the view from there was breathtaking. The Indian Ocean really is so beautiful. The temple is situated on a top and you can see the site of the ocean. But be aware of monkeys as they can snatch anything from you and you won't even know.. so try to keep your phones, spectacles or sunglasses inside your bags/purses. Incase if a monkey takes your things there, certain people who somehow help you by distracting the monkeys and taking back your item...although they do charge some amount for doing so...after visiting the temple there is a traditional dance called as "Kecak dance" it is basically a dance through which they tell us the famous story of the Hindu Epic- "Ramayana". In this story the prince Ram saves his wife Seeta from the evil named as Ravana who captured Seeta in his palace and wanted to marry her...however Prince Ram along with his brother Laxman and Hanuman who was the worshipper of Ram fought with Ravana and saved his wife...this Kecak dance show has two different timings in the evening 6-7p.m and 7-8p.m. The reason why it is kept in the evening is because they also perform a fire dance along with explaining the story. The word Kecak itself means Balinese traditional dance or fire dance. Overall Seminyak is more of a city with young crowd and a charming vibe.

This was my Seminyak experience...I will soon come up with my Ubud experience.

Thankyou for reading
